EMECATE DIGITAL, S.A.S. DE C.V., which operates commercially under the BlackChango® brand, is the controller responsible for processing the personal data described in this notice.

4. Technology tools and service providers
To operate our website, manage contacts and measure its performance, we use technology services including:
- Clientify, for forms, contact management, commercial follow-up, automation and communication tools.
- Google Analytics 4, to analyze website usage.
- Google Tag Manager, to manage the tags integrated into our website.
- WhatsApp, when you choose to contact us through that channel.
- Web hosting, infrastructure and email providers.
These services may involve processing information on servers located outside Mexico.
Each provider's processing will depend on its role, the configuration used and the applicable terms. Where a provider processes information on behalf of BlackChango®, the corresponding confidentiality, security and data protection obligations must be established.
5. Transfers of personal data
When it is necessary to disclose your data to third parties acting as independent controllers, we will inform you of the recipient and purpose and request your consent where required.
We may also disclose information where there is a legal obligation, a request from a competent authority or another exception provided by applicable law.
The use of providers that process data on our behalf will be distinguished from transfers to third parties that determine their own processing activities.

- A clear description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
- Details that help locate the information.
- For rectification requests, the changes requested and supporting documentation.
To handle your request, we will need to verify your identity and, where applicable, your legal representation. We will explain how to do so.
We will communicate our decision within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of the request. If approved, we will implement it within the 15 business days following communication of our response. These periods may be extended where permitted by law.
8. Withdrawal of consent and limits on use
You may request the withdrawal of your consent or limits on the use or disclosure of your data by emailing hola@blackchango.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent or restriction of personal data”.
Specify the processing you wish to stop and provide information that allows us to identify you. We will apply the identity verification procedure described for ARCO requests.
Withdrawal will not have retroactive effects. In certain cases, we may retain information where justified by a legal obligation or contractual relationship.
9. Retention and protection of information
We will retain your data for as long as necessary to fulfill the stated purposes and comply with applicable legal or contractual obligations. Thereafter, it will be blocked and deleted where appropriate.
Processing must be carried out using administrative, technical and physical measures appropriate to the information and the associated risks.
